Dear Subscriber

1. This Benchmark Television broadcast is with Nicholas Smith, Barrister, on Trade Marks and Domain Names with David Tang, Benchmark Technical Lead.

2. This production lasts just over an hour. It is very informative and describes the process of dispute resolution in relation to the use of domain names. It will interest a wide group of people in our community who are interested in protecting their domain names and how they may deal with domain squatting.

3. For Benchmark CLE subscribers we have prepared notes which we will forward to them at their request. These are excellent and extensive notes written by Nicholas and will be valuable as a library paper.

4. At 10.30 AM today, Nicholas’ presentation for Benchmark was livestreamed on YouTube. It was again livestreamed at 1 PM.

5. It was a very successful broadcast and we will be broadcasting live at every opportunity in the future in addition to our edited video productions. The live broadcasts will become edited productions.

6. Also for Benchmark CLE subscribers at their request we will forward them an advice notice evidencing when they accessed this production.

7. If you are not a CLE subscriber you can subscribe here: https://benchmarkinc.com.au/cle

8. We also have a series of questions for Benchmark CLE subscribers which we will send to them at their request.

9. We will be in the next few days publishing some productions which are exclusively for Benchmark CLE subscribers.

10. You should watch on Wi-Fi to avoid excess data usage charges.

Warm regards
